Bonus Bets are bonus funds that allow you to place a wager without using your own cash. They give you extra chances to win while exploring different sports markets or games.

How Do I Get Bonus Bets?

Patrons must make a deposit and place a minimum qualifying wager during the promotional period. Multiple wagers can contribute toward the qualifying amount. Only registered and fully verified accounts are eligible.

Where Can I Find My Bonus Bets?

To check your Bonus Bets, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Account Menu.
3. Select Wallet → History → Reward History.
4. In the Rewards drop-down list, choose Bets. This will show you the Date/Time, Reward ID, Type, and Amount of any bonuses awarded to your account. 

Bonus Bets can also be located by navigating to 'My Bets' at the bottom of the screen. In this view, you can see all Available, Pending, Placed, Used or Expired Bonus Bets applied to your account. 

When eligible, your Bonus Bet may also be displayed within the Bet Slip.

How Do I Use Bonus Bets?

1. Go to your Bet Slip and check your selections.
2. Select a straight/single wager or parlay (including Same Game Parlays).
3. Confirm your selection and place the bet.

IMPORTANT: Bonus Bets cannot be withdrawn for cash. If a wager placed with a Bonus Bet is voided or canceled, the Bonus Bet is also voided.

When Will My Bonus Bets Be Credited?

Bonus Bets are loaded to your account within 48 hours after your qualifying wager settles as a win or loss.

**Payouts are typically completed by the end of the day. Should any technical delays occur, please allow up to three business days for completion. We sincerely appreciate your patience and thank you for being a valued customer.

Are There Promo Timescales I Should Know About?

Yes, there are specific timescales for every promotion. Bonus Bets are only valid for wagers placed and settled within the promotional period. Wagers for events taking place outside this period are not eligible. Please check your account’s promotion details for exact dates and eligibility.

Restrictions & Exclusions

• Cashing out a qualifying wager will void your eligibility for the promotion.
• Bets settled as a push do not qualify; the next wager is not eligible.
• Bonus Bets can only be used once and are non-replaceable if voided.
