Why was my betslip voided?
We know it can be frustrating to see a wager voided, and we want to be transparent about why it happens. When you join MONOPOLY Casino & Sportsbook, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include voiding any wager that isn't permitted under Ontario laws or regulations. These rules aren't ours alone to set — they're in place to keep your play safe, legal, and protected, and we follow them carefully so you can bet with peace of mind.
When Can a Wager Be Voided?
Voiding a wager may occur in cases such as:
- Placing bets on prohibited markets
- Betting on events where the outcome is already known (including system errors)
- Any wagers that violate our terms and policies
MONOPOLY Casino & Sportsbook reserves the right to void any wagers that do not comply with these requirements.
What Happens if a Wager is Placed Improperly?
If you knowingly place bets on outcomes that are already determined, or if the odds are incorrect, we may need to review your wagering limits or, in some cases, close your account.
Our Commitment to Fair Play
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We encourage all players to read our terms and conditions, and to always play fairly!
