Understanding Error Codes: What They Mean and How to Fix Them
We're sorry you've run into an error. These messages can be frustrating, but we're here to give you some clarity and get you back to playing smoothly. Most errors are due to connection issues or location verification issues, and each has its own quick fixes.
What These Errors Mean
Error Codes 211 and 212 typically point to a temporary connection issue with your account, often when logging in, loading a game, or completing a request. These can usually be fixed with a few quick steps shown below.
Error 211 can also appear when placing a bet, which points to a location verification issue instead. Since real money play requires us to confirm you're in an eligible province, this error shows up when that check fails.
Error GSR-1011 is also location-related, but it specifically means our system has detected a geolocation restriction or VPN conflict, either your connection appears outside an eligible province or is masking its true location.
How to Resolve the Issue
For connection-related errors (Error 211 and Error 212), try the following:
- Clear your browser or app cache
- Reload the page or game
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to refresh your connection
- Reinstall the app to ensure you're running a fresh, up-to-date version
For location verification errors (Error GSR-1011, or Error 211 when placing a bet), try the following:
- Confirm you're physically located within an eligible province, and if near a border, move further within
- Turn off any VPN, proxy, data-saving extensions, or mock GPS apps
- Make sure location services are turned on and connected to stable Wi-Fi for accurate verification
- Close and reopen the app (or reload the page) to refresh your location
- Reinstall the app to reset location permissions and update to the latest version
General Tips to Prevent Errors
- Keep your app or browser up to date
- Make sure your device's date and time settings are correct
- Use a strong and stable internet connection
- Keep location services enabled and avoid VPNs, proxies, or mock GPS apps while playing
