Since we operate as an agent of iGaming Ontario, your gaming and account information is held under their control and protected by Ontario's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1990 (FIPPA). As a result, these types of requests are submitted directly to iGaming Ontario rather than to us.
