A Session Limit gives you control over the amount of time you spend playing on our site. The limit is set within a 24-hour period and takes into account any time you’ve already spent on the site during that window. You can customize your limit from 20 minutes up to 2 hours, depending on your location. Before confirming, you can always review your current session limit and your new selection.

How to Set a Session Limit

1.    Tap the Menu button in the top right corner.
2.    Scroll down to Play Responsibly and select 'Safer Gaming Tools'.
3.    Choose Session Limits and desired session length (between 20 minutes and 24 hours).
4.    Click Save Session Limits to continue.
5.    Review and Confirm your changes to activate it.

A Session Limit remains active until you decide to change or remove it.

• Decreasing your Session Limit takes effect immediately.
• Increasing or removing your Session Limit will not go into effect until your current session limit has expired. During the update process, you’ll see the exact time the change will activate.
• Important Note: Customer Support cannot override, remove or edit any changes set in place. 

Viewing Limit History

To view your Session Limit history:

1. Tap the Menu button in the top right corner.
2.  Scroll down to Play Responsibly and select 'RG Limit History'.
3. Select RG Limit History to view limits applied over the past 12 months.
